  3. Stir, add three tablespoons of melted margarine or vegetable oil.
  4. Pour in half a teaspoon of baking soda, a slaked teaspoon of vinegar.

    Melt the butter in a medium-sized skillet, fry the chopped onion until golden brown.

    Remove the porcini mushrooms from the water, strain through a sieve, and chop finely. Save the water in which the mushrooms were soaked. Peel the pumpkin, cut the pulp into cubes. Add porcini mushrooms and pumpkin to the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the coarsely chopped mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes. Pour in cream and 4-5 tbsp. tablespoons of water in which the mushrooms were soaked, season, stir.

    Simmer over low heat without a lid for 10-12 minutes, then pour the chicken over with this mixture. Cover and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees, turning over 1-2 times during cooking.
